Two P.S. ARTS Teaching Artists, Donzell Lewis and Jeremiah Ripley, recently switched over to the office side of things with the organization! We are thrilled to see them step into new roles with P.S. ARTS and are happy to re-introduce them and share more about their background and next steps with us.

Donzell Lewis was formerly a theater Teaching Artist with P.S. ARTS, but will now transition into the role of Curriculum & Instruction Specialist. In this new role he will research and develop resources and learning experiences for teaching artists, as well as revise existing resources. Donzell will also provide coaching and support to Teaching Artists across all of our programs.

Donzell has an extensive background in theater, doing everything from acting and directing to teaching, and having features in commercials, as well as award recognitions.

He has dedicated his time and focus to ensuring that the spaces he works in are inclusive, safe, and open to everyone. You can learn more about Donzell from our Staff page here or through this introductory blog post here

Jeremiah Ripley was also a theater Teaching Artist with P.S. ARTS, but will now be one of our Program Coordinators for Classroom Studio! In this role they will be coordinating two districts within our Classroom Studio Program, working closely with P.S. ARTS Teaching Artists and school/district administrators.

Jeremiah has a background in acting, writing, and teaching and has dedicated much of their career to bettering the education field through their work in administrations and classrooms.

You can learn more about Jeremiah on our Staff page here or in their introductory blog post here.
