The P.S. ARTS Extended Learning department is expanding its partnership with Think Together to bring after school programming in the arts to more students. Think Together is an organization that was founded in 1997 to change the odds for kids by supporting programs in early learning, after school, student support services, and school improvement.
The partnership kicked off with programs in eight schools this past fall, and will continue with the addition of eight more schools in January. The classes range from TK through 12th grade levels, and each school has a ten-week residency of their choice in visual arts, theater, or dance.
We are looking forward to serving more students through our partnership with Think Together and connecting with new communities through the freedom to imagine and the power to create!
