On September 15, P.S. ARTS hosted its first Board meeting of the fiscal year. This meeting was a chance for us to reconvene in person and bid a bittersweet farewell to our CEO of 15 years, Dr. Kristen Paglia, whose dedication, kindness, and creativity shaped and propelled P.S. ARTS during her tenure.

In true Kristi fashion, she created a captivating theme for the meeting that tied into the programming theme of the academic year, Community Garden: Yours, Mine, Ours. Appropriately, the meeting was held at the Rose Cafe in Venice and was based around flowers, growth, and community. With blooming decorations and life lessons shared through inspiring floral artists such as Azuma Makoto and Maurice Harrris, Kristi led the meeting with the same captivating energy and inspiring concepts that she has brought to P.S. ARTS for all these years. We are so grateful for her leadership and wish her the best of luck in her new ventures!
