GET AN ESTIMATE: The Inside Out Community Arts (IOCA)
The Inside Out Community Arts (IOCA) is a national award-winning after-school performing arts program for middle school students. IOCA supports social and emotional development through creative individual and community expression, civic leadership, technical acting and playwriting skills, and performance engagement.
The program provides twenty 2-hour workshops over a period of ten to twenty weeks depending on the season that includes family workshops and trips to see professional theater. Students perform their original plays in a culminating event open to the community. Three independent research studies have confirmed the programs’ impact in positive developmental growth and well-being of middle school youth.
