We are pleased to welcome the newest member of the P.S. ARTS Board of Trustees, Angie Karroum. Angie is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over 18 years of experience in the entertainment industry and executive search. Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Netflix, where she has played a pivotal role for the past five years. Throughout her tenure, Angie has held various leadership positions within the Talent and Human Resources team, significantly impacting the company’s people strategies.

Angie’s expertise extends beyond traditional HR roles. She is dedicated to coaching leaders, solving complex business challenges, and forging strong relationships with her partners. Her true passion lies in creating an inclusive environment where people feel empowered and can thrive.

Before joining Netflix, Angie spent more than a decade at The Walt Disney Company. She held various human resources leadership roles across multiple divisions, including film, television, corporate, park experiences and consumer products.

A proud Los Angeles native with Cuban heritage, Angie was raised in the San Fernando Valley. She has been happily married for 20 years and is a mother to three children. Her household also includes 19 chickens and a Rottweiler, making for a lively home life. Angie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
