Kyler Tagupa is a musician, educator, and arts administrator working in the Los Angeles and greater Orange County area. A classically trained French Horn player, he has worked at a number of organizations, including Pacific Symphony and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. He is extremely excited to continue to serve the different communities in Los Angeles!
