Grace Kangdani

GRACE KANGDANI is the Senior Relationship Manager for the Technology Industry Group within Global Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. In 2008, she joined Global Commercial Banking on the LA Middle Market team as a Commercial Associate, before transitioning to Business Banking as a Relationship Manager and eventually into the Market Manager role. Grace earned a bachelor degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and MBA from Pepperdine University. She is a mentor for teammates across the company, through Business Banking – Diversity & Inclusion Council, Business Banking – Leadership Council, the Asian Leadership Network, Power of 10 and LEAD for Women. She also serves as mentor externally through the Global Ambassador program, Cherie Blair Foundation and Women’s Leadership Council. In January 2019, Grace was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the Top Women in Banking. In December 2020, she was named in 2020 Thriving in Their 40s, a list of Top Professionals in Los Angeles, as recognized by Los Angeles Business Journal. In February 2022, Grace was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 list of “Women of Influence” in the area of Finance. She currently attends Pacific Coast Banking School, at University of Washington. Active in the community, Grace is also Board Member for Women’s Leadership Council, a women networking organization built around the spirit of both professional and personal accomplishment through collaboration, inspiration and support.
