GRACE KANGDANI is Senior Vice President and Group Manager at Comerica Bank, where she leads a team of banking specialists serving middle-market companies across Greater Los Angeles. In this role, she partners with clients to understand their unique business needs and deliver strategic financial guidance and tailored solutions that support growth and long-term success. Grace began her banking career at Bank of America in 2001 and advanced through a series of leadership roles spanning Consumer Banking, Corporate Security & Investigations, Business Banking, and the Transformative Technology Group. Her broad experience across disciplines has shaped her collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of complex financial environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Grace is deeply committed to mentorship, supporting both colleagues and emerging leaders through programs such as the Global Ambassador Program, the Cherie Blair Foundation, and Women’s Leadership Council initiatives. Grace has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the Top Women in Banking (2019), honoree in “Thriving in Their 40s” (2020), and as a “Woman of Influence” in Finance (2022 and 2025). In continues journey for her professional development, Grace completed the graduate program in banking from Pacific Coast Banking School, at the University of Washington.
