Aracely Jimenez (they/she) grew up in Brooklyn, NY. After graduating from Stony Brook University they jumped in as a leader of Sunrise Movement, a climate justice organization. Over the course of three years, Aracely built and led the communications team that popularized the Green New Deal. Most recently, while working as a substitute teacher in the New York City public schools, Aracely rediscovered their passion for early childhood arts education. After relocating to Los Angeles they were thrilled to find the P.S. ARTS team had an open opportunity where Aracely could meld their two passions. Today at P.S. ARTS Aracely is the Digital Content Manager, responsible for the development and execution of all digital media projects, specializing in video and photo production.
