In honor of  Mental Health Awareness Month, P.S. ARTS is sharing an updated version of its Head & heART creativity and wellbeing booklet. This resource has been updated to include intergenerational content and activities designed to promote connection and reflection through creative expression across generations.

The booklet features a narrative featuring P.S. ARTS’ mascot, Arty, and his Abuela, engaging in creative exercises—including drawing, writing, movement, and storytelling—that can be adapted for a variety of ages. Head & heART is meant to be used as a tool to support wellbeing through accessible, hands-on creative activities.

P.S. ARTS remains committed to providing resources that support wellbeing through creativity. We invite you to explore and share the updated Head & HeART as part of Mental Health Awareness Month and throughout the year.
